Our grass-fed, grass-finished Criollo beef is the perfect way to stock your freezer with healthy, flavorful, and responsibly raised beef. Our cattle spend their entire lives on pasture and are nourished only with nutritious forage, natural minerals, and pure water from our deep wells. Our animals weigh between 800 and 900 pounds when slaughtered.

This deposit secures your beef. Balance is calculated after slaughter based on the hanging weight. A half-beef yields about 160 pounds of individually wrapped steaks, roasts, soup bones, and ground beef—depending on your cutting instructions.

After placing your order, you’ll be connected directly with Winner’s Meats in Osgood, Ohio, to choose your cuts and any specialty products.
You’ll pay Winner’s Meats for processing when you pick up your order.
At processing time, we’ll provide your hanging weight and adjust your final balance based on $5.60 per pound (hot hanging weight).
Processing fees for a half-beef typically range from $200 to $250, depending on carcass weight and any specialty items you choose (such as burger patties, summer sausage, brats, or hot dogs).
